Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior in my Life.  My church membership is at Valley Baptist Church in Valparaiso, Indiana. I joined this Church 03/08/09 after visiting for several months. It is a very friendly Church that is growing and I look forward to worshipping and serving the Lord with them.

I believe every person born, is born a sinner and as soon as he/she reaches the age of accountability (knows right from wrong) is doomed to a burning Hell.

Romans 3:23 tells us: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God".  I also believe God loves each of us and has made a way for us to avoid eternal Hell.  I also believe every person born lives forever. During his or her life, they make a choice of where they want to spend eternity.

Romans 10:9 and 10 tells us: "That if thou should confess with thy mouth, the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved". Verse 10:   "For with the heart; man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

So one must believe he or she is a sinner, believe Jesus died for your sins, and God raised Him from the dead on the third day. Ask him to come into your heart and save you from your sins.  Then confess him with your mouth (tell others you have been saved) You're now eternally saved and have a mansion reserved for you in Heaven.

I have been retired from a local steel mill for 18 years. After retiring from the mill, I taught electronics, electricity, and several mechanical subjects.  When I quit working in 1999, I was running three apprenticeships for LTV Steel, one mechanical and two electrical.  My 35 years in the mill, I was in Maintenance Management, my schooling was electrical; but my experience was both mechanical and electrical. In '99 i figured 40 years was long enough to work so I quit.  Now I have the best job I ever had, RETIREMENT!!! Don't know how I ever found time to work.
